Breeder DAO is a metaverse asset generation factory. Developed to manufacture quality, tailored NFT assets at large scale production for use by gaming guilds for the acceleration of play-to-earn economies.
Why we like it
Gaming guilds were originally created to lower the barrier of entry for play-to-earn games. Breeder DAO helps to lower that barrier even further by providing these gaming guilds with NFT assets specifically curated for users favorite play-to-earn games. This framework allows for a more affordable experience for both gaming guilds and players. So far, Breeder DAO has partnered with more than 20 games, 300 gaming guilds, and produced over 100,000 NFTs.
Investors
Breeder DAO raised a total of $20m in two private funding rounds. Notable investors included Andreessen Horowitz, Mechanism Capital, Delphi Digital, Morningstar Ventures, Hashed, Sfermion, and Yield Guild Games.
Team
Breeder DAO was co-founded by Renz Chong (CEO) (@Renz_BDAO) , Jeth Ang (COO) (@CTJeth), and Nico Odulio (CTO) (@HabitNFT). Each of them graduated from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and has previous experience in business development.
Token Utility
The underlying token of the ecosystem is $BREED. It is the utility token of the protocol that is used to ensure that each aspect of the manufacturing process is running smoothly. It also serves as the governance token allowing token stakers to vote on governance / manufacturing proposals and decide which assets to produce.

TreasureDAO can be thought of in two respects: a decentralized game studio that provides tools and resources for developers to build, launch, and monetize their games; and a base economic layer for games to build on, so developers can focus on content rather than sustainable tokenomics.
Why we like it
Treasure aims to function as a Layer 0 for metaverse ecosystems, with a goal to become a sort of decentralized game developer and bridge connecting the many metaverse ecosystems. It has been compared to being a decentralized version of Nintendo because of its plug n’ play dynamics and having a game for every type of player.
Investors
Raised $3 million in a private round led by 1kx with participation from Merit Circle, AcadArena, Neon DAO, Ready Player DAO, and numerous angel investors.
The Team
Well-rounded 16-person team with individuals previously serving as Head of Growth at Osmosis, statistical analysts, economics, and game theory research.
Token Utility
$MAGIC is the utility, governance, and natural resource of the Treasure metaverse. It serves as the underlying economic framework for each game and subsequent metaverse in the Treasure ecosystem. $MAGIC can be earned through playing, mining, and governance.

Yield Guild Games is a DAO that invests in NFTs for various metaverses and play-to-earn games. The DAO earns revenue through renting out its NFT assets and allowing users to participate in P2E games at a fraction of the cost.
Why we like it
YGG is centered around lowering the barrier of entry to play-to-earn games. Its model allows users to play games without requiring an expensive NFT to start earning. In addition to renting out NFTs, YGG is able to invest in early-stage gaming and metaverse startups such as Crypto Raiders, Jambo, Sipher, Merit Circle, Illuvium, and Breeder DAO.
Investors
Approximately $19 million raised from Andreessen Horowitz, Solana Ventures, Animoca Brands, Jump Capital, Polygon, and Crypto.com Capital.
The Team
20-person team with notable experience from Axie Infinity, Yearn Finance, Capchain X, and Cambridge University.
Token Utility
$YGG is the utility and governance token of the DAO. Staking the token gives users the rights to vote on governance proposals, as well as portions of revenue from NFT rentals.
