How you get paid for referring customers to Token Metrics
Commissions will be paid to Affiliates based upon a percentage of sales made to users who access Token Metrics through an Affiliate’s referral link.

Sub-Affiliate Commissions
- 10% recurring commissions paid in United States Dollars (USD) on the sales of your sub-affiliates
Example 1:
If you refer a sub-affiliate that has a customer successfully subscribe to a Token Metrics Premium annual subscription, at a price of $2,699.10 per year (factoring in 10% discount for affiliate referrals), you will earn an annual commission of $269.91.
Example 2:
If you refer a sub-affiliate that has a customer successfully subscribe to a Token Metrics Premium monthly subscription, at a price of $269.10 per month (factoring in 10% discount for affiliate referrals), you will earn a monthly commission of $26.91.
Negative Commissions
The best way to explain how our negative commissions work is with the following example:

An affiliate creates a conversion with a $10 commission. At this point, the affiliate’s balance is $0.

When the commission is approved, the affiliate’s balance becomes $10.

When the affiliate’s balance is settled (paid out), the affiliate’s balance goes back to $0.

If a refund happens for the order/conversion, the conversion/commission tied to it will be disapproved.

After disapproval, the affiliate’s balance becomes -$10.
Notes
Commissions will be calculated based upon the gross sales price.
Commissions will not be calculated based upon amounts that are attributable to credit card fraud, credits given to customers, bad debt right-off, and returned goods.
