Wise is an ERC-20 Smart Contract designed as high-interest staking crypto. It’s similar to that of a real-world banking CD or bond. Thanks to decentralization and smart contracts, Wise was designed to payout trustless interest and allows users to withdraw their interest at any point in time, without being penalized.
The wise token was initially created to be a better HEX (another ERC-20 token described as a Certificate of Deposit on the blockchain). It is definitely one of the solutions to look for if you are looking to stake tokens in a decentralized way and not use any of the centralized platforms offering this type of service. The contributors of the codebase are not many nor seem that experienced by solely looking at their GitHub seniority but the code has been audited which is a good point.
